Regional Talent Centre - General Manager
Salary: Dependant on experience
This is a rare opportunity to make a significant contribution to the successful future of girls and women's football in conjunction with Sheffield United.
Working full time, you will be responsible for the commercial, financial and administrative activity of our Regional Talent Centre focused on providing elite development for girls aged 7 to 16 as well as senior teams. This will include:
* Developing the RTC's financial security including identifying new revenue streams and maximising funding
* Handling all administrative work including liaising with the FA
* Managing the RTC team of approximately 15-20 staff
* Raising RTC's profile across a range of media.
You will have experience of working closely with the FA, will have a track record in managing budgets and people and will have evidence of the necessary commercial acumen to deliver financial success. You will have also have worked in football and have an understanding of the continuing development of women's football.
