Sheffield United are saddened to hear of the passing of former player and Bradford City legend Bobby Campbell at the age of 60.
Campbell was signed by Jimmy Sirell and scored a very creditable 14 goals in 43 appearances for the Blades during a little over a year at Bramall Lane.
The striker famously had two spells with the Bantams and gained international honours with Northern Ireland whilst with City.
His success at Valley Parade took him to the 1982 World Cup and he ended his career with close to 200 goals from more than 500 games.
Our condolences go out to his family at this sad time.
