Billy Sharp awarded Player of the Year 2015/16

Over 250 guests attended the End of Season Awards Dinner at Bramall Lane on Sunday evening which was presented by Harry Gration MBE and was headline sponsored by SteelPhalt.

Billy Sharp was crowned the SteelPhalt Player of The Year for the 2015/16 season. The 30-year-old, who signed for the Blades in July 2015, has been a virtual ever-present this season and has endeared himself to the Bramall Lane faithful during his third stint in Sheffield. The forward has contributed this season with a number of impressive strikes, taking his goal tally to 21 for the 15/16 campaign.

Sharp also scooped two further awards including Goal of the Season and Players Player of the Year. He was also presented with the PFA Community Champion Award for his contribution to Community and Charitable activities.
