Respect competition

16 March 2016

Would you like to win seats in the Directors' Box for United's Sky Bet League One encounter against Barnsley and have your art work on the front cover of the matchday programme?

As part of their Respect campaign, Sheffield & Hallamshire County FA, in partnership with United, is looking for someone to design a picture that can be used as part of the front cover of the matchday programme for the Blades v Barnsley game that is to be played at Bramall Lane on Saturday 23rd April.

The competition is open to anyone in the Sheffield & Hallamshire County FA region who is under 16.

There are two web sites that you could visit if are looking for ideas as to what to put on your entry, so check out www.thefa.com/respect and www.levelplaying.org.uk

You can either post your entry to Lisa Glaves, Sheffield & Hallamshire CFA County Welfare Officer Clegg House, 204 Meadowhall Road, Sheffield, S9 1BN or email lisa.glaves@sheffieldfa.com

The image needs to be just 15cm by 15cm.

A panel of judges with representatives from the County FA and United will then choose which image will be used as the background image of the match programme.

Throughout this season the background image on United's official match programme has been photographs from inside and around Bramall Lane, with a picture of a player also adorning the front cover.

Remember the closing date is 31st March 2016 and what a great achievement it would be if your picture or image is used on the front of a Sheffield United home match programme.
