Chris Wilder believes the transfer market will become more active now that pre-season has kicked off up and down the country.
The Blades have already brought in Mark Duffy and Chris Hussey for the 2016-17 EFL League One campaign and the boss has revealed work is going on behind the scenes to continue the re-shaping of the playing squad.
Wilder commented: "We are comfortable in where we are in terms of bringing in players, we've brought two in already and we're working hard on other potential deals.
"We are talking to players and agents and showing people around the stadium and training ground and we are hopeful, come the first friendly, that we will have added to the squad and perhaps a couple will have left us too."
The Gaffer added: "There has been interest in some of our players; discussions are progressing with teams back for pre-season and obviously if players leave then that will free money up.
"At this stage it is difficult to put timescales on any transfers; but there should be some movement soon."
