Nigel Adkins hopes his players are able to use a 'passionate' Bramall Lane to their advantage in Saturday's South Yorkshire derby with Doncaster Rovers.
Looking ahead to the Sky Bet League One fixture, Adkins remarked: "It will be a good game; a passionate Bramall Lane is a good place to be and Doncaster will also travel in numbers.
"We are looking for three points at home and we are all together as one, we need to be demanding but supportive as we look to achieve the goal everyone at this Club shares, which is promotion."
On his interim counterpart Rob Jones, who was signed by Adkins at Scunthorpe, and the challenge his Doncaster side will bring up the M18, the Blades boss continued:
"Rob thinks a lot about the game which is important and he has done very well behind the scenes at the Keepmoat in recent seasons.
"Now he has an opportunity to stake a claim for the managerial position on a full-time basis and he will be looking to get that first win as soon as possible.
"As a staff we went to watch them against Oldham last Saturday and despite results not going their way this season, you can see they have several threats.
"Andy Butler is one from set-plays, they are a big side, and we will have to be strong and resolute.
"We have done our homework diligently as we always do and as we keep saying we know there are no easy games in this division."
