Nigel Clough is backing his players to produce the goods in United's Sky Bet League One play-off semi-final tie with Swindon Town.
The Blades boss is confident of a positive result in Thursday's first-leg at Bramall Lane, but at the same time warned his side to be wary of Mark Cooper's Robins.
He remarked: "We have had some tough games in recent weeks, we have had two local derbies against Bradford and Chesterfield, whilst Orient were fighting for their lives, we were so close for so long that the players probably did have one eye on these matches.
"We have had a long hard season, playing over 60 games, so of course the main focus for a while now has been getting us in the best possible shape for Thursday and Monday.
"We can't win the tie in the first-leg, but you can certainly lose it. The away side know a positive result in the first game puts them in a very strong position for the return leg, but we are focused on trying to take a lead to the County Ground.
"We need to be positive without being reckless; of course we would love a two or three goal advantage, but equally so we don't want to give anything away."
On the threat of the visitors, the Gaffer added: "Swindon will be looking not to be behind in the tie first and foremost, but they will also come looking for a goal or two if possible.
"They play a certain way, we wouldn't expect that to change, but they also take chances in possession and we need to get amongst them and try to stop them playing."
