Youngsters from United's Academy will be looking to do the Club proud when they head overseas to compete in tournament football next month.
Firstly, the Blades will compete in the Boerde Cup in Germany, where players born in 2001 will represent the Club on Saturday 4th July.
The same group of youngsters already have experience of being successful in tournament football in Europe, having won a competition in
Norway over Easter earlier this year.
In Germany, United are poised to face the likes of Werder Bremen, Hannover 96 and FC Union Berlin amongst others in addition to enjoying an educational trip in Berlin after the tournament concludes.
Meanwhile, players born in 2000, will travel to Northern Ireland to take part in the Dale Farm Milk Cup which is scheduled to begin on the 26th July.
Wayne Rooney is just one of a host of names that have emerged from this prestigious competition, one which is considered to be amongst the premier youth tournaments across Europe.
United have been drawn in a group alongside Glasgow Rangers, Sydney FC and Dundalk.
