Nigel Clough insists the Blades will be going to Deepdale with the sole intention of progressing to the fifth round of the FA Cup, although admits he may make changes to his team to face Simon Grayson's Preston North End.
Speaking ahead of departing for Lancashire, the Gaffer admitted he still has decisions to make with regards to the make-up of his team to tackle the Lilywhites.
He remarked: "It will be a balancing act in terms of the team, do we name a tired team from Wednesday or introduce some of the lads who didn't start at Tottenham and go with fresher legs, which is something we are continuing to way up.
"The Spurs game is going to be a terrific occasion, but we can't really prioritise at this stage because we want to progress to the fifth round of the FA Cup at the weekend.
"Ben Davies, Florent Cuvelier and Diego De Girolamo will all travel."
The Gaffer added: "It will be business as usual for us at Preston, although it may seem a little subdued after playing in front of 35,000 at White Hart Lane in midweek.
"But it is an important game for us, we don't want to go out of the FA Cup, we are still very much in the tie in the League Cup but we hope to continue to fight on in all three competitions.
"Although it doesn't feel like it we have lost our last two matches and we are determined not to make it three losses on the spin."
