Blades boss Nigel Clough says his team must back-up Saturday's impressive win at leaders Bristol City with a positive result at Notts County on Tuesday night.
But the Gaffer was quick to acknowledge that won't be an easy task against Shaun Derry's side, who themselves remain only five points off the top six, despite going into the game against the Blades in 16th position.
Looking ahead Clough remarked: "It was a very good result at Ashton Gate on the back of a home win against Colchester last midweek, but we aren't getting carried away.
"We were bitterly disappointed with the defeat at Gillingham and although the response has been consecutive victories we have to find that consistency and if we can't win a game then we mustn't lose it.
"But when we face Notts County we know it will be a tough night, their performance will mirror their manager as a player. They will be quick to close us down, keen to get in our faces and really make us word hard if we are to get a result.
"So we know we will have to be strong, resolute under pressure and we need to continue to create and take our chances offensively.
"We have been clinical in our last two matches, that has resulted in us scoring seven goals so the players know they are capable of doing it."
