Nigel Clough says the Blades will take nothing for granted in Tuesday's FA Cup first round replay with Crewe Alexandra at Bramall Lane.
Plymouth at home is the prize awaiting the winners of the replay and the Gaffer admits potentially being at Bramall Lane in the next round is the major incentive for his players ahead of the midweek clash with the Alex.
But Clough is also well aware of the dangers Steve Davis's side could cause in a one-off tie.
The Blades boss remarked: "We have dominated for long periods in previous games against Crewe, none more so than in the original tie at Gresty Road, we just hope that wasn't a missed opportunity.
"Crewe will come to Bramall Lane with no pressure on them, it is something of a free game for them and they will be able to express themselves, enjoying the game and try and cause a bit of a surprise.
"But for us we know what the prize is in the next round, if we are victorious on Tuesday then a home tie against a very good Plymouth Argyle side stands between us and a place in the third round, that is where we want to be, in the hat with the big boys.
"If we perform as we have done in recent weeks then we will have a fantastic chance of progressing, we will be positive and look to win the game in normal time, but if we have to go to extra-time and penalties then so be it."
