Blades have something to SHOUT about

Sheffield United fans will have something to SHOUT about following a new sponsorship deal which could see supporters riding off on a superstar motorbike.


International online fan engagement leaders SHOUT's technology will enable Blades fans to compete against each other in an Ultimate Fan Challenge where the winner can win a world famous Ducati as well as cash prizes.


SHOUT is an American based company led by Darl McBride who has a passion for sports and mobile technology. The company's mobile Android and iPhone app provides engagement for fans before, during and after live events through platforms for continuous interaction whether or not they are physically at the event.


SHOUT's influential investors include Sheffield United co-owner Prince Abdullah bin Mosaad bin Abdulaziz al Saud, NBA Star, Deron Williams, Managing Partner of Signal Peak Ventures, Ron Heinz and a number of successful angel investors.


Through real-time contests such as trivia, polls, fast finger questions and one-on-one "throwdowns," fans can participate in daily challenges and win over £35,000 in prizes, including two Ducatis. Fans participate by downloading the Shout application for their Apple or Android device.


The first Ducati will be given won by a victorious fan at the Club's 125th anniversary celebration when the Blades take on Wolverhampton Wanderers at Bramall Lane on Saturday 22 March 2014.
