Harry Maguire says the Blades are looking forward to testing themselves against top-flight opposition at Bramall Lane.
United's reward for disposing of Aston Villa in the third round of the FA Cup, is a fourth round tie against Fulham on Sunday, with the live television camera also in attendance.
Maguire insists the Blades will approach the game in a similar manner to the victory at Villa Park and the defender believes another upset is a realistic outcome.
The 20-year-old remarked: "We're up against Premier League opposition and everyone will want to play. It's a reward for what we did earlier on in the month and we want to try and give it a real go again.
"Yes, Fulham will be the favourites but it's a game of football over 90 minutes. Anyone can win and you just don't know what is going to happen, nobody gave us a chance against Villa and we showed what we are capable of.
"We want to show them that we can put up a good fight and, if we get a little bit of luck, then who knows?"
