The Bristol City home game on Saturday sees the launch of a book that is, for lifelong Blade Steven Kay, a true labour of love.
'The Evergreen in Red and White' is a novel looking at a turbulent year based on the life of one of Sheffield United's true early pioneers - Rab Howell, the only true blood Romany Gypsy thus far to play for England.
The book has been lovingly researched and is a very different take on the usual facts and figures so long associated with books on United and the beautiful game as a whole.
Steven will be in the superb new Annie's Bar, which is located in the Copthorne Hotel, from 1.30pm on the day and will be joining Carl Bradshaw on stage to talk about his work and just what makes Rab Howell such a fascinating character all these years on.
The book will be, of course, available for just £9.99 and Steven will be delighted to sign your copy personally.
