Recent loan recruit Harry Bunn is backing the Blades to bounce back to winning ways at the weekend, following last Saturday's disappointment at Rotherham.
The Manchester City forward is convinced from what he has seen since the 3-1 defeat that United are more than capable of adding to the sole league victory of the season to date, starting in Cumbria at the weekend.
Speaking ahead of trip up north, Bunn remarked: "It has been a long week after the defeat at Rotherham, but thankfully we now have our chance to put that right at Carlisle at the weekend.
"The mood at the beginning of the week wasn't great, as you would expect, but we have got that out of our system in training and the lads are determined to put in a performance at Brunton Park to repay the Gaffer and the fans.
"At Rotherham we were dominant in the first-half and deservedly led, but for whatever reason we took our foot off the gas in the second-half and got overran. We will learn from our mistakes, though, and I am sure if we are at our best on Saturday we can return from Carlisle with all three points.
"Saying that, we have to give Carlisle the respect every team deserves, because as we have seen recently you can't take anything for granted in this division, even when you are expected to win.
"We need to be at it for a full 90 minutes and once we get that elusive win I am sure we can go on a good run."
