David Weir's second match in charge of the Blades sees him go up against a former team-mate.
Cowdenbeath - United's opponents on Saturday - are managed by ex Wolves midfielder Colin Cameron, who played alongside the Blades boss at Hearts in the 1990s.
Known as 'The Blue Brazil', Cowdenbeath, like Wednesday's opponents Greenock Morton, play in the Scottish First Division and their Central Park home is often used for stock car racing.
The Blades head to Fife looking to build on the 1-0 victory over Morton, where Weir used 22 players.
As the players bid to build their fitness levels, it is expected that Weir will again experiment with his team and first year professionals Jahmal Smith and Jordan Hodder will be added to the mix.
"It is about working hard and getting game time into all of the lads," said the United chief. "The training camp in Scotland is going well and the fixtures will prove beneficial."
Saturday's kick-off at Cowdenbeath is 3pm, whilst United's final match of the tour to Scotland is at Raith Rovers on Wednesday evening (7.30pm kick-off).
