Game of the day

22 February 2013

Ryan Flynn says the Blades are confident of coming out on top in Saturday's 'game of the day' in League One.

United face Bournemouth at Dean Court, as second host fourth and Flynn, despite paying tribute to the Cherries impressive recent form, insists the emphasis rests with the Blades.

Looking ahead to the weekend, the Scottish winger commented: "It is a game we are looking forward to and both teams will try and play good, open, attacking football.

"Eddie (Howe) has done a great job since returning to Bournemouth and for the neutral it will be the game of the day in League One. They have spent a lot of money and I am sure they will have expected to be there or thereabouts.

"It will be a tough game for us because their home form is one of the best in the division.

"Bournemouth, like ourselves, are one of about six teams that will believe they can win automatic promotion, but we have to focus on what we are trying to achieve and not worry about our rivals."
