Dominic Poleon has returned to his parent club Leeds United.

Leeds have exercised the option to recall the 19-year-old, who made seven appearances for the Blades after joining on-loan in February.

His last United appearance came in the 0-0 draw with Carlisle United at Bramall Lane on Easter Monday.

Poleon's departure is offset by the return to fitness of Jamie Murphy, who replaced the forward against the Cumbrians.

Meanwhile, Erik Tonne has returned to Norway, signing on-loan with Hamkam, who play in the second tier of Norwegian football.

The 21-year-old, a regular for the U21s this term, hasn't made a first team appearances during the 2012/13 campaign and a return to his homeland will give him an ideal opportunity to play some competitive football.

Tonne, who made his United debut against Middlesbrough in the Championship, scored twice last season. He netted in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy at Burton Albion and in the League One clash Bury at Bramall Lane in September 2011.

The left sided player will remain at the Briskeby Arena until the end of November.
