Awards double for Harry

Ahead of United's forthcoming play-off tie with Yeovil Town, there was a double celebration for Harry Maguire over the weekend.


After winning the coveted Player of the Year Award, sponsored by Utopia Tableware, at the Blades end of season dinner on Saturday night, the young defender was then named in the League One Team of the Year on Sunday evening.


Back at the Lane, George Long won two awards on the night in the Platinum Suite, taking home the Achievement of the Season Award and Young Player of the Year, sponsored by Pinders and Utopia respectively.


Goal of the season, sponsored by Redtooth, was won by Tony McMahon for his stunning second-half free-kick at Crawley Town in December.


The final award, sponsored by Sytner Sheffield, was the Community Player of the Year, which was claimed by Neill Collins.
