Danny Wilson spoke to members of the media after his side scored five in Saturday's game against Bournemouth.
"It is great that we have managed to knock in five at home and that delights me but some of the goals we conceded were unnecessary and something we have to look to eradicate.
"We went a goal down and didn't get to grips with their right side early on but give credit to Bournemouth. Paul (Groves) has done very well and they are a difficult team to play against.
"Our first goal settled us down, with it coming so soon after theirs it didn't give people the time to get anxious and we pushed on from there.
"Ryan Flynn has been unfortunate, he could have laid a claim for a regular spot at the start of the season but he got injured, and today we have seen what he can do - it will do him the power of good. He has a great attitude and doesn't flinch from responsibility.
"Credit, also, to Richard Cresswell... to come in and score like he did was tremendous - and it wasn't an easy goal, he pinned his man well and got his head on it.
"I'm delighted for him, he's said all along that all he wants to do is play football and I'm glad that we have been able to keep him."
