Michael Doyle and Ryan Flynn are both expected to return to Danny Wilson's matchday squad for the visit of Notts County on Saturday.
On the availability of the duo, the Gaffer commented: "We have got Michael and Ryan available at the weekend, so that is a boost for us.
"I have said before about striking the right balance and it can only be of benefit to have two quality players available as each game poses a different problem.
"Both lads were in excellent form before their suspensions but the lads that replaced them have done very well so let's see what happens at the weekend."
Dave Kitson will be hoping to retain his place alongside Nick Blackman in attack, although Chris Porter featured at Huish Park as a second-half substitute so may enter the reckoning for a start.
Lecsinel Jean-Francois remains sidelined, but he is continually upping his training intensity at Shirecliffe.
Meanwhile, at Meadow Lane, Keith Curle has been without defender Alan Sheehan for most of September because of a hamstring problem, whilst Andre Boucaud, who is on loan from Luton Town, is unavailable, he sits out the third and final match of his ban following a sending off against Oldham Athletic.
