Boss on cup draw

22 October 2012

Danny Wilson says the Blades will have to be at their best to progress in this season's FA Cup.

Sunday's draw at Wembley saw United handed an away tie at Bristol Rovers and speaking from his experience of that part of the country, the Blades boss insists his team will face a real test against the League Two outfit.

Wilson commented: "It is a tough draw, make no mistake about it. Obviously we would always prefer a home game, especially in the early rounds."

Former Bristol City boss, Wilson added: "Bristol Rovers are notoriously strong on their own patch, but this season things aren't perhaps going as they expected.

"Everything goes out of the window on FA Cup days and I am sure there will be a hostile crowd awaiting us, but if we perform we are confident of progressing to the second round."
