Danny Wilson is confident the Blades can justify the favourites tag in Saturday's FA Cup second tie with Port Vale.
Despite expressing his desire to progress to round three, though, the Blades boss is refusing to underestimate the so-called underdog.
Looking ahead to the weekend's clash with the in-form Valiants, Wilson remarked:
"It will be a tough contest, for sure, Vale are flying in League Two and I expect them to play with no fear and with the mindset that they have nothing to lose.
"Saying that we are in decent form at home and hopefully with the incentive of a third round place being up for grabs we should have enough to get through the tie.
"I watched them a couple of times earlier in the season and although they didn't get the desired results in those games you could see what they were trying to achieve.
"You could see a good nucleus players were at Vale Park and they have evolved as the season has progressed.
"They have got some great results, achieving some impressive scorelines in their favour so obviously they are playing with confidence.
"All we want in any cup competition is a home draw. Hopefully that will be a big advantage for us, although you can never underestimate the underdog.
"We won't get caught up in the occasion, we are the favourites and rightly so, now we must show why we have that tag.
"We are used to playing under pressure, Saturday will be no different, but we have to fancy our chances at Bramall Lane."
