Brentford v Blades - team news

23 November 2012

Danny Wilson has several injury concerns ahead of Saturday's trip to Griffin Park to face in-form Brentford.

Mark Howard (thigh), Dave Kitson (hamstring) and Lecsinel Jean-Francois (knee) all remain sidelined, with four other players facing late fitness test in the capital.

Ryan Flynn and Shaun Miller (both calf) haven't trained since Tuesday's 3-3 draw with Crewe Alexandra, whilst Tony McMahon and Matt Hill (both hamstring) could miss out for a third game in succession.

Meanwhile, The Bees, who were impressive winners at Swindon Town on Tuesday night, strengthened their squad ahead of Thursday's loan deadline.

Right-back Lee Hodson, from Watford, and Italian striker Marcello Trotta, from Fulham, both agreed deals to stay with Uwe Rosler's men through the busy Christmas and New Year period.

One definite absentee for the hosts will be skipper Jonathan Douglas, who serves a one-match suspension after picking up his fifth booking of the season in midweek.
