Danny Wilson has praised the contribution of his wingers, both of whom scored in last Saturday's win at Carlisle.
Speaking of messrs Flynn and Blackman, the Gaffer was keen to praise duo for their recent performances:
"Ryan and Nick have given us a real attacking threat, they have also formed partnership with the two lads up top. We have worked hard to achieve it, but the consistency of the delivery from the wide areas has improved as the season as progressed. We are creating more chances and subsequently scoring more goals."
Of Blackman's switch to the right, Wilson said: "It was a strange role for Nick at first, but he has got great pace and he is comfortable running on both the inside and outside of defenders.
"We are delighted with him because he is putting defenders on the back foot and that is what you want, but his delivery is also first-class.
"Nick gives us options, he is a different type of striker to Shaun Miller who likes to play on the shoulder of the defender and from outwide he arguably sees more of the ball. He is at the top of his game at the moment at that is having a positive effect on our attacking play.
"I certainly think he will continue to get his goals from the right."
Reserving a special word for the Scot Flynn, Wilson concluded: "Ryan is equally as dangerous and is also capable of delivering deadly balls into box, in addition to getting on the scoresheet, as he did at Carlisle."
