United's U18s extended their unbeaten run to four games after a draw against Ipswich Town at the Steelphalt Academy.
Reon Potts opened the scoring from the spot, but the Blades were pegged back and were forced to settle for a share of the spoils.
The hosts made a bright start as Ompreon beat a number of defenders down the right wing but his subsequent effort flew just over the bar after 10 minutes.
Ipswich responded with an effort of their own which was saved excellently by Kelly, tipping a long-range shot round the post.
And it would be United who took the lead on 24 minutes from the penalty spot as Capello was brought down inside the area. POTTS stepped up to smash home.
Just before half time the Tractors Boys restored parity though as a left-wing corner caused a scramble and the ball volleyed home from very close range.
The Blades came out after the interval looking to re-take the lead as substitute Kelly broke down the right and crossed for Capello, but his lopping header was too high.
As the clock ticked down, goalkeeper Kelly was required to ensure United a point, as he made an excellent reflex save.
Blades: S. Kelly, Williams, Boyes, Neal, Weaver, Gordon, J. Kelly (Viggers 60), Carvery, Potts (Stainrod 75), Ompreon, Capello.
