FAQ for iFollow overseas
Ahead of the 2017/18 season, the BladesPlayer service has been replaced with the much improved iFollowBlades service.
iFollow is a digital live streaming and content platform that will revolutionise the way football fans overseas can follow their teams.
Overseas supporters will be able to watch up to 46 live Blades games within the regular EFL season. In addition, supporters will have access to extended highlights and exclusive behind the scenes videos in HD, across desktop, mobile, tablet and app.
Season passes are no longer available to purchase for the 2017/18 season.
Match passes are still available for the equivalent of £5 per game.
These will allow overseas fans to choose specific Sky Bet EFL matches to watch during the regular league season.
Supporters in the UK and Republic of Ireland will be paying £45 for iFollow as they do not have access to watch any live streamed games, which is only available to overseas supporters.

Under the EFL's existing broadcast agreement with Sky Sports clubs are unable to offer supporters in the UK or Republic of Ireland the same access to iFollow as international supporters.
United's Championship games will be available, unless they have been selected to be screened by one of the EFL's overseas broadcast partners.
The following games have been selected, and subsequently will not be available to watch live on iFollow in the majority of overseas territories.

However, in the following countries, where there are no plans for an international broadcast partner, subscribers can now watch games live even when they are unavailable to the majority of overseas territories:

No, your subscription to BladesPlayer has now ended and you will need to register for a new season pass to gain access to iFollow. Those supporters whose BladesPlayer subscriptions have been terminated early have been issued refunds on a pro rata basis. Please email iFollow@efl.com with any further queries relating to this.
No, when in the UK or Republic of Ireland you will not be able to live stream games on iFollow.
