Estonian international goalkeeper Mihkel signed in the January 2010 transfer window, penning a two-and-a-half year deal, with boss Kevin Blackwell impressed following a trial period. He signed from FC Flora Tallinn in his homeland for a nominal fee.
Standing at 6ft 4ins, he was the Baltic League's Goalkeeper of the Year in 2007 and in the same year he was an unused substitute as Estonia lost to England in a World Cup qualifier at Wembley.
His club honours include being Estonian League runners-up in 2007 and 2008, whilst he was part of the FC Flora Tallinn team that won the Estonian Super Cup in 2009.
