A number of loan spells over the past couple of campaigns has boosted Jordan's profile. He has spent time with Torquay United, Northampton Town, Oldham Athletic, Dundee United, Southampton and Ferencvaros. For the latter he was part of the team that helped the Budapest-based club back into the top flight of Hungarian football. A tall and powerful striker, he has been a goalscorer throughout his teenage years at Bramall Lane and is another of the highly-thought of Blades' youngsters. In the 2005-2006 season, he was the youth team's leading marksman and, as an 18-year-old, netted a hat-trick for United's reserves at Nottingham Forest.
