Striker Henri agreed a deal with the Blades in October as the club experienced an increasing injury crisis and a dip in form, he had been without a club since leaving Wigan in the summer of 2009. Henri, famed for his pace, has played more games and scored more goals for Senegal than any other player.

He represented his nation in the 2002 World Cup finals, helping them to the quarter-finals and a famous victory over France. Henri began to learn his trade in France and Switzerland before first arriving on these shores in 2003. Since then he has played for Wolves, Celtic, Wigan, West Ham and Stoke.
