Winger Mark signed for the Blades in January 2010, for an undisclosed fee from Middlesbrough, agreeing a two-and-a-half-year deal and made an impression with a number of goals in the second half of the season. He offers Kevin Blackwell additional attacking options down both flanks.
The former Republic of Ireland U21s international began his career with Tottenham but had to settle for a number of loan spells away from White Hart Lane to further his development. He joined Colchester United permanently in 2007 and after scoring 20 goals in two seasons, he switched to Middlesbrough before a change of management saw his chances limited.
