Blackpool form guide

Posted on: Tue 16 Mar 2010

Blackpool come to Bramall Lane on Tuesday night looking for their first away success in seven matches, against the Blades who are unbeaten in ten on home soil in the league.

The Tangerines, though, are impressive at Bloomfield Road and have won their last three home games against Middlesboro, Reading and Ipswich.

At the weekend they lost 3-2 to West Brom at The Hawthorns, despite goals from Charlie Adam and Brett Ormerod.

Ian Holloway's troops are currently one place and two points off the top six and just one point better off than the Blades.

In the corresponding fixture in Lancashire in October, current Blades loanee Marcel Seip was on target for Pool in their 3-0 victory.

Scottish international Adam has scored 13 times in the Championship, whilst the evergreen Ormerod has six league goals to his name this campaign.
