Peterborough v Blades - team news

Posted on: Tue 09 Mar 2010

Kevin Blackwell has a major doubt about the fitness of one player for tonight's fixture at Peterborough, but otherwise will choose from the squad that played at Palace at the weekend.

"The doctor says don't play him because it could put him out for six weeks but the player wants to play so we will all talk again closer to the game and make a decision," said the United manager,

Posh welcome back Scott Griffiths from an adductor injury, while Exodus Geohaghon is also back in contention after overcoming a foot problem.

However, Chris Whelpdale (groin), Josh Simpson (illness), and Ryan Bennett (ankle) are all ruled out.
