Nyron Nosworthy believes Kyle Bartley has all the attributes to succeed at the very top of the game.

Bartley is also comfortable imposing himself on the rest of the team and Nosworthy feels that tells you a lot about the youngster's character:

"He's not bad for 18 is he?," remarked Nosworthy, adding, ""Kyle is fantastic for someone who is so young and it's a pleasure to play alongside him. He's definitely got what it takes.

"The lad talks a lot himself and that's good to see, but I also talk him through things when necessary.

"I told Kyle when he first came here not to be afraid to give anyone a shake-up and that it doesn't matter who it is.

"If he thinks somebody or something needs taking care of then he should do it. Even if it is me that needs sorting-out then he won't be afraid to tell me."
