After winning the Official Supporters Club 'Player of the Year' award on Saturday night, Matt Kilgallon was full of praise for skipper Chris Morgan and insisted it is still very much a work in progress as the Blades look to sneak into the automatic promotion slots.

Kilgallon, who edged out 'Young Player of the Year' Kyle Naughton for the main accolade, believes his central defensive partner deserves equal recognition for his efforts this campaign, and says United are ready for what awaits them as the Championship season enters the final furlong:

"I'm really proud. I have worked hard for this all season and it is nice to see people notice it.

"On saying that, Chris has been quality alongside me and I want to share this award with him. It is an honour, people can see I am improving all the time and this gives an extra little incentive to work even harder now.

"The lads want to go out and finish the job, it's still work-time and if we go up we'll have a massive party."
