Sheffield United today issued the following statement after the detention for two years and eight months of reserve striker Jordan Robertson, who admitted at Leicester Crown Court causing death by dangerous driving of Omar Mohamed.

A spokesman said: "There are no winners here. This is a terrible tragedy which has affected both families and loved ones. With the conclusion of the hearing the natural course of justice has taken place and our thoughts remain with both families."
