Two on the move?

Posted on: Thu 27 Aug 2009

United have allowed goalkeeper Justin Haber to join Hungarian cousins, Ferencvaros.

The Maltese international, who played his last Blades game in the friendly with Trinidad and Tobago on Wednesday evening, links up with Bobby Davison's Fradi ahead of the weekend.

Haber, 28, will be given a better opportunity to play games and further increase his European experience which will benefit his international career.

Meanwhile, United have agreed terms with Dutch club FC Twente for the transfer of David Carney.

The Australian international has not figured in Kevin Blackwell's plans so far this season and FC Twente, under the guidance of Steve McClaren, could offer Carney Europa League football.

Carney, 25, is undergoing a medical in Holland.
