Sheffield United have switched the date of their pre-season public training session in Malta.

The Blades preparations for the new season will see them put on a public training session on Thursday morning instead of next Wednesday at the Hibernians Stadium.

United's first match action will be on Friday 10th July when they take on Maltese Premier League Club, Floriana at the Hibernians ground - part of the Football, Fun, Music, Sun activities taking place during United pre-season tour to Malta which have attracted scores of Blades fans.

United and the Malta Tourism Authority (MTA) are staging the 'Football, Fun, Music and Sun' activities to mark the Blades' pre-season tour (6th-10th July, 2009) which coincides with the 'Malta Music Week', featuring a free 'Isle of MTV' concert (8th July with stars the Black Eyed Peas and Lady Gaga.
