Four Blades player have been called-up for their respective countries ahead of the next phase of World Cup qualifiers in October.

Winger David Cotterill has been named in the Wales squad for home game against Liechtenstein, and the clash against Germany in Munchengladbach four days later.

Keith Gillespie is in the Northern Ireland squad for their games against Slovenia and San Marino, whilst David Carney will link up with Australia, as the Socceroo's face Qatar.

Finally, goalkeeper Justin Haber has been selected in the Malta party for their games against Denmark and Hungary.
