Starter: Mediterranean Vegetable Terrine served on Lettuce Leaves with a Basil and Tomato Oil.
Main: Shoulder of Lamb served with Spiced Red Cabbage and Dauphinoise Potatoes.

Cheeseboard: English Cheeseboard served with Apple Chutney and Grapes.
