The cost of a season ticket in the designated disabled areas is £100; a personal assistant if required is admitted free of charge.

In order to purchase a disabled season ticket the person must have documentation proving them to be in receipt of Disability Living Allowance or registered as visually impaired or deaf.

If a request is made for a personal assistant to attend then medical evidence is required, for example a letter from your doctor, confirming that the help of a personal assistant is essential in order to help you attend matches.


For Home Supporters

The Club currently provides:

85 wheelchair spaces for home supporters situated in the John Street Stand.

85 designated seats for home ambulant disabled supporters, situated primarily in the John Street Stand, with further designated seats in the South and Kop Stands.

Any further supporters in receipt of Disability Living Allowance may purchase a season ticket elsewhere in the stadium at the concession price although there will be no provision for a personal assistant.

The Club operate a scheme for those wishing to attend on a match by match basis.10 wheelchair bays and 20 pairs of ambulant disabled seats are retained for sale on a match by match basis, the disabled person will pay the match day concession price, with a personal assistant if required admitted free of charge.

Persons wishing to purchase these match day tickets must also provide medical evidence confirming that the help of a personal assistant is essential in order to help them attend matches and that they are in receipt of disability living allowance.

Cup games and friendlies
In order that you can gain access for matches other than league games you must contact the Box Office prior to the match so that your swipe card can be activated for that particular match, you can do so by calling in person at the Box Office or telephone 0870 787 1799

Personal Assistants
If you are not attending a particular match but your personal assistant still wishes to attend:

Please contact the Box Office as above so any necessary payments can be made and their card activated for that match.


For Away Supporters

The Club currently provides:

10 wheelchair spaces for away supporters situated in the Bramall Lane Lower Stand.

10 designated seats for away ambulant disabled supporters, situated in the Bramall Lane Lower Stand.

These seats and wheelchair spaces can be accessed via the ambulance gate eliminating the need for any steps to be negotiated.

Tickets are distributed through the Box Office of the visiting club. Concession match day cost applies with a personal assistant if required admitted free of charge.

Parking
There are 21 spaces available for home supporters, at a cost of £100 per season, in the stadium car parks.

A further 25 spaces are available for home supporters in the nearby St Marys Church.

Community Hall
The Community Hall, situated next to the disabled entrance on John Street, is available as a meeting place to both home and away disabled supporters.

Open 2 hours before kick of teas and coffees are available along with disabled toilet facilities. Proceeds are used to subsidise trips to away matches for disabled supporters.

Toilets
Disabled toilets area also provided on the John Street concourse (3) and at other locations around the stadium, RADAR keys are needed to access some toilets.

Hospital Radio Commentary
Radio headsets are available allowing the visually impaired to receive hospital radio commentary from any point in the stadium. Headsets must be collected from either John Street or South Stand reception and returned there after the match.


Away Match Tickets

Sheffield United Football Club will apply to other clubs for both wheelchair and ambulant disabled spaces for our supporters.

Tickets will be sold through the Box Office, should demand exceed supply the club loyalty points scheme will apply.
