Our blogging Blade on the Malta trip, Richard Scarff, brings us up to date on what he has been up to since Tuesday night's Q and A session...
"No surprise that on Wednesday I hung around the pool, topping up the tan - or the burns to be more accurate! It was taking us a bit of time to get away from the opportunity to lounge around and start sightseeing but with weather like this, who can blame us?
"In the evening we attended the beach barbecue with the staff and players and really enjoyed it. Kozzy told us he glad to be back at a 'big club'(!) and I chatted again with Blackie, the Chairman and Dean Riddle. There was a lot of mixing between fans and players who were all approachable but, for me, Monty stood out - he had time for everyone as, of course, did Morgs.
"Johnny Ertl is a nice guy who is excited to be here, Boggy also indicated that he has the right attitude and there were good signs of a squad coming together as a group. I talked to Sam Ellis who told us that they were looking for more players including targeting a season-long loan but he wouldn't tell me who it was - no scoop, I'm afraid!
"At last, on Thursday, we got out and took an all day boat trip, cruising about and visiting the Blue Lagoon which really does have stunning, clear turquoise water. The additional extra of a speedboat ride was well worth the effort, largely because the guy driving it was a nutcase and a lot of fun. Highly recommended."
