Chengdu Blades 3-1 Shenzhen Shangqingyin
The Chengdu Blades returned to winning ways over the weekend, with a morale boosting 3-1 victory over Shenzhen Shangqingyin in round 24 of the CSL.
Li Tie's first goal for the club on the back of strikes from Wang Song and Shi Jun paved the way for the Blades success, their first in the last five matches.
WANG SONG opened the scoring in the 22nd minute, when he powered home a free-kick, but JASON ensured it was all square at half-time.
In the 58th minute, SHI JUN headed the Blades back into the lead, with Wang Song instrumental in the build-up.
Chengdu had a host of opportunities to increase their advantage, before LI TIE made the game safe ten minutes from time, with a spectacular effort from long-range.
The result sees Li Bing's men move nine points clear of the relegation zone.
