This is a programme introduced to reward your purchasing of tickets and travel from Sheffield United with priority allocation for tickets for future home and away games.
The scheme awards points when tickets and travel are purchased from the Club and will be used to allocate priority for future purchase of tickets, particularly for matches where demand for seats is expected to exceed the number of seats available.
Supporters accumulate loyalty points on tickets and other products purchased from the Ticket Office. If you are a season ticket holder, you have already accumulated 2,500 points per season held since 2006/07 and if you were a season ticket holder in 2005/06 then you earned another 500 points.
Joining is simple. All Sheffield United supporters registered on our ticketing database will automatically be joined in the loyalty scheme.
Points will be gained when you buy a ticket or away travel from the ticket office. We will still be able to identify you by your surname and postcode.
Points will only be awarded to one supporter for one ticket for each match. If you are buying multiple tickets for a match, points will be allocated to the other supporters if you can quote their surname and postcode.
If you purchase multiple tickets for a match but don't have the relevant details for the other supporters we will not be able to allocate any loyalty points to them.
Loyalty points cannot be transferred between supporters and we can only issue points at the time of purchase.
Registered users can check their points via our online ticketing - click here - or by emailing us at boxoffice@sufc.co.uk.

When ticket information is released for individual fixtures the literature will include the number of loyalty points needed to purchase tickets.
As it is possible to miscalculate your loyalty points total, we would always advise you to check your points total before applying for tickets to ensure that you are eligible.
FAQs
Why are you doing this?
The number of fixtures where the demand for tickets exceeds the supply has increased over recent seasons. We feel the introduction of the scheme will give regular attendees and supporters a fairer chance at obtaining tickets for these fixtures.
What are you doing for the first away match?
Due to the large number of season ticket holders all starting on the same number of points we have decided to use the Luton Away stub from last season for priority allocation for the first away fixture.
Do I have to purchase tickets in person to be allocated points?
Points will automatically be awarded when you purchase tickets through the Ticket Office, whether by telephone, online, in person, by post or by fax. If someone else buys a ticket on your behalf and they quote your number or surname and address then you will be awarded points.
Unfortunately it is not possible for us to allocate points for any tickets purchased at the turnstiles as we don't have the facility to record the transaction in the Ticket Office software.
What if I want to attend the match with a group of friends?
We do not want to prevent supporters attending fixtures together however if the additional supporters do not fulfil the points criteria for that particular fixture on that particular day then we will be unable to supply them with a ticket at the same time.
If you purchase a ticket and they are then successful at a later date we are more than happy to swap your ticket and allocate two seats together if they are available.
What happens if I need to return a ticket?
If a ticket is returned to us for a refund the points are automatically deducted at the time the ticket is cancelled.

If I book two tickets under my customer number but on separate dates will I be allocated with two sets of loyalty points?
The loyalty points are generated automatically by the ticketing software, so it will only allow a supporter to accumulate one set of points for one fixture. Therefore multiple ticket purchases under a single customer number, whether or not they are booked on the same date, will only generate the one set of points against your customer number.
As a season ticket holder can I accumulate points for purchasing a home league match ticket?
Loyalty points are awarded to the individual supporter number and can only be issued once for that particular fixture. As a season ticket holder you already have a ticket booked for all home league fixtures which is recognised by the ticketing system. The ticketing system will therefore not issue any additional points to a season ticket holder for home league match ticket purchases. If you are wanting to purchase a ticket for a friend their details can be provided to ensure they start to accumulate their own loyalty points.
What if I have no points?
It is likely that tickets for most home and some away matches will go on general sale to fans without points to ensure that first time supporters are able to attend a match.
How do I get further information?
Should any supporters have any further questions on the Loyalty Scheme please do not hesitate to contact the Ticket Office - boxoffice@sufc.co.uk
