Each year clubs in the English Football League (EFL) are asked to update their Club Charter and Sheffield United have just submitted theirs to the EFL and are making it available via the Sheffield United web site.
The document provides information on a whole range of Club activities and services and should be a central reference point for supporters.
The document contains contact details and information on all key areas and also refers to policies and regulations which are in place.
The Charter recognises the importance of excellent customer service and covers items such community activity, supporter consultation, ticketing, merchandise, safeguarding and equal opportunities as well as information relating to matchdays at Bramall Lane.
