Chris Wilder has a near fully fit squad to choose from for Saturday's top of the table clash against Scunthorpe United at Bramall Lane.
Goalkeeper Simon Moore (broken nose) is expected to play despite the facial injury he picked up at Bristol Rovers on Tuesday night, whilst James Hanson (groin) returned to training on Thursday, having missed out at the Memorial Ground.
Having made five changes for the clash in the West Country, Wilder must decide who keeps their place and who drops back to the bench, with skipper Billy Sharp, Mark Duffy, Kieron Freeman and Samir Carruthers being those hoping for a recall.
Ethan Ebanks-Landell (hip) is now fully fit and could come into contention for a start, but Leon Clarke (ankle) remains sidelined for the immediate future.
Meanwhile, for the Iron, Graham Alexander could again be without the services of defender Jordan Clarke and midfielder Sam Mantom.
Sheffielder David Mirfin is likely to retain his place in Scunthorpe's defence having returned to action in midweek, the same applies to Paddy Madden.
Elsewhere, Craig Davies, Neal Bishop and Kevin van Veen are three players that will be hoping for a start against the Blades having come off the bench in Tuesday's home draw against Walsall.
